Branding a Zendesk product that measures the happiness of customers

Developed by Rock Solid Knowledge, a Bristol based development house, Aim Happy is a Zendesk product that aims to improve customer service by understanding what makes customers happy.

They asked me to create an identity for the product that would stand out and be instantly recognisable amongst the plethora of plugins in the app directory. I chose a vibrant colour palette that isn’t widely used within the marketplace and created a logo that is easy to adapt for ‘Lite’ and ‘Pro’ versions of the product.
